Cancellation, Substitution and Refund PolicyFor attendee refunds or downgrades, send written notice to MMPI Inc. via fax 403-290-1119 no later than October 24, 2007. For requests received by October 24, 2007, your registration fee (or the difference in fees) will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge; No credits are given for late notices or no shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by October 24, 2007. MMPI Inc. reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. |
