Murray has over twenty-five years experience in project management, construction management, client representation, and design development management. Murray has had experience in residential, commercial, retail, and institutional construction in all their forms. His project involvement typically focuses on the design / buildability aspects as projects evolve and progress, with a specific involvement in identifying sustainability opportunities inherent in the design. Murray is very conversant with the several construction contract forms and their potential adaptability to the integrated design methodology inherent to implementing a LEED® project. As one of the authors of LEED® for Contractors, Murray is frequently requested to give presentations to the various construction associations and to identify means and methods for the Building Trades to incorporate sustainable materials and practices into their work and into projects in general.
